Unused hours don’t roll over on the Starter Overflow plan, but any remaining capacity within the month can be redirected to any in-scope deliverable — production, revisions, brand asset updates, or digital work. Growth Partner and Overflow Studio clients may roll over unused hours into the following month, up to a cap of 10 and 20 hours respectively. Rolled hours expire at the end of that following month if unused. We’ll flag your hour balance mid-month so you always have time to put remaining capacity to use.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days per deliverable, depending on complexity. Rush requests are accommodated based on pod availability and billed at our overage rate. We build your production schedule at the start of each month so priority work is always planned ahead.

Any hours beyond your monthly allotment are billed at the end of the month — no surprise invoices. 
We notify you before overage hours begin so you’re always in control of the total.

Starter Overflow and Growth Partner are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. Overflow Studio is available month-to-month or at a 10% discount with an annual contract. Enterprise engagements are structured on annual agreements. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause with 30 days
notice.

Yes. NightOwl holds active Ohio MBE certification and NMSDC MBE certification. Qualifying engagements count toward your organization’s supplier diversity spend targets. We can provide certification documentation for your procurement team on request.

Every deliverable includes two revision rounds at no additional cost. If work misses the brief entirely due to an error on our end, we make it right within the same billing cycle. Our onboarding process is designed specifically to prevent this — we align on brand standards, tone, and approval workflows before a single deliverable is produced.
